One of the biggest attractions for me at Real Broker is that all of the training and meetings are web-based which saves me time on drives to the office where I could be with my clients. At times there would be important meetings or training I wanted to attend but had appointments and had to miss them - this was a real bummer!

Just like with other brokerages, the training is mostly by other agents but the benefit here is you could be receiving the training from someone in another state meaning there is no competition for them so they are not holding anything back.

The backend intranet was built by Facebook so our interface of meetings, training, events, etc is actually fun to look at and easy to read. This also helps keeps my email a little less cluttered as all the updates live within the app.
